About
At Digby’s, we are committed to quality, character, and excellence in everything we do. More than just a café, we are a vibrant community hub where people come to shop, eat, do business, laugh, and unwind. Each day, we start fresh, carefully preparing our menu with the finest ingredients. We prioritize local farms, select the best suppliers, and search for top-quality meats. Our coffee and tea are second to none, providing a perfect start to your day.
We take pride in sourcing all our seafood directly from a trusted purveyor, working closely with local fishermen to ensure only the best. When it comes to produce, we only use certified organic or chemical-free vegetables, with a strong preference for local farmers. For every sip of water or ice, we use only filtered water, ensuring the highest quality.
In the mornings, our bakery team pours passion and care into every pastry, cake, and loaf of bread, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. All of this pairs perfectly with a cup of our expertly brewed coffee or a soothing pot of Gryphon Tea.
Great Spot for a Casual Dinner
Digby’s has a cool, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your night. I ordered the burger and wasn’t disappointed juicy, well-seasoned, and stacked high. The side salad could’ve been a bit fresher, but overall, it was a solid meal with good value.
A Steak Lover’s Dream
Digby’s nailed it. The ribeye was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just the way I asked. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere hit that sweet spot between casual and upscale. One of the best meals I’ve had in Phnom Penh hands down.
